## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
 * 5+ years of experience in software engineering or ServiceNow development
 * Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:
 + JavaScript, Glide API
 + HTML, CSS
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); willingness to obtain CAD within 3 months
 * Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
 * Familiarity with:
 + ITSM, CMDB, GRC frameworks
 + ITIL best practices
 * Experience integrating legacy systems and external applications
 * Knowledge of:
 + ServiceNow (San Diego release or later)
 + CI/CD and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
 + Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
 * Exposure to additional technologies such as:
 + Java, Angular, React, .NET, C#
 * Understanding of software delivery methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Waterfall

## Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Security team, focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities that support critical risk management processes and enterprise service delivery., You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and strengthen risk governance across the organization.
What You'll Do

 * Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on TPRM/VRM capabilities
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
 * Build and integrate solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and GRC modules
 * Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, UI components, and integrations
 * Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to modern development standards
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
 * Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
