## Description

* Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware for refurbishment and resale.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
 * Document all technical support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
 * Assist with basic IT tasks such as user account management and software updates.
