## Description

Freddie Mac's I&CM Data Services Team is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to support the modernization of an Operational Data Store (ODS). This initiative focuses on replacing traditional batch file transfer mechanisms with modern, real-time data transfer solutions into a bi-temporal OLTP data platform.

A major component of this modernization effort includes leveraging AI technologies and AI agents to improve migration efficiency, automate reconciliation processes, and enhance operational workflows., * Design and implement modern real-time data transfer methodologies into a contemporary OLTP data platform.

 * Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java or Python.
 * Leverage AI technologies and AI agents for:

 * Data migration acceleration
 * Data reconciliation
 * Workflow automation
 * User transition optimization

Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

Collaborate with architecture, security, networking, platform, and application teams.

Contribute to CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.

Support modernization initiatives involving cloud-native technologies and distributed systems., * Will be assisting a 2 part migration from legacy platform

 * Migrating data and migrating consumers to snowflake
 * Using AI for the migration process
