The Workday HR Technology Analyst Senior (Recruiting) serves as a key liaison between Talent Acquisition and IT Development, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Recruiting and related platform integrations. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable system configurations while supporting critical recruiting operations and delivering ongoing enhancements.
