The Team, Required:

 * Bachelor's degree
 * Ability to obtain a security clearance
 * 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
 * 2+ years experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and REST application programming interfaces
 * Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, or Strategic Portfolio Management
 * Experience configuring integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
 * Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:

 * Local to the Washington Metro area
 * Active Secret clearance
 * One or more additional ServiceNow certifications
 * Experience with Integration Hub, Service Portal, or UI Builder
 * Experience supporting Agile delivery methods
 * Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
 * Experience leading technical workstreams on platform implementation projects

## Description

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:

 * Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business and technical requirements.
 * Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
 * Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
 * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization for ServiceNow implementations.
 * Contribute to project deliverables, documentation, estimation, and technical work products across the implementation lifecycle.
