## About the Role

Requiring enterprise experience in an IT Support Role (help desk, phone support, password resets, refresh support, service desk, etc.)

 - Experience with any ticketing system

 - Experience setting up, building, configuring, refreshing, reimaging and deploying devices (Windows, Mac and Mobile Device)

## Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Technicians to sit on-site 5 days a week for one of our local Pittsburgh clients. This person will be responsible for internal technical support, assessing business needs, planning and executing technology deployments, and providing on-going support and maintenance. They are required to help with break/fix repairs, ticket resolution, and equipment receipt of inventory for all internal employees.
