This role is responsible for delivering reliable service, maintaining operational continuity, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across both Xerox and partner technologies, including Xerox Workplace Cloud (XWC), Xerox Workplace Suite (XWS), Tungsten Automation, and other integrated solutions. Due to the nature of the accounts supported, US citizenship and the ability to meet strict background clearance requirements are mandatory.
