Experience: Five (5) years of full-time, progressively responsible managerial leadership experience in programming and systems analysis and design, including three (3) years in a healthcare information systems environment in a large, complex, information technology organization, and two (2) years in a supervisory position. Experience with current development languages and database theory required. Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred. Substitution for Experience: Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in healthcare or business administration, computer science, management information systems or a closely related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience. No substitution for the required two (2) years of supervisory experience.
