 * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates), * Previous experience in a Database Administrator or Data Analyst role
 * Professional certifications in database technologies (a plus)
 * Experience leading projects or collaborating cross-functionally

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator III to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining database administration and data analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with large datasets, building structured solutions, and bringing clarity to complex projects., * Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases

 * Analyze and process large, complex datasets
 * Translate project requirements into structured, scalable solutions
 * Optimize database performance, security, and reliability
 * Support database upgrades, testing, and enhancements
 * Develop systems and mechanisms to track operational data, including field activities
 * Lead and participate in project meetings, providing data-driven insights
 * Organize and structure large volumes of unrefined or unstructured data
 * Recommend improvements to existing database and reporting systems
