 * 5+ years of reliability engineering experience
 * Experience with reliability testing, product validation, or life-cycle testing
 * Strong understanding of FMEA, root cause analysis, and failure investigation methodologies
 * Experience working within a manufacturing or product development environment
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

 * Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
 * Experience with accelerated life testing methodologies
 * Experience with electromechanical or sensor-based products
 * Manufacturing industry experience

## Description

* Develop and execute reliability testing strategies for new and existing products
 * Design and perform accelerated life testing and environmental testing programs
 * Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations
 * Lead FMEA activities and drive reliability best practices throughout product development
 * Analyze product performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
 * Partner with R&D, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to improve product durability and performance
 * Establish reliability requirements and validate products against those requirements
 * Support testing, certification, and compliance activities as needed
