In this role, you will support the catalog specialists associates and will be responsible for the process development, annotation model performance, and engagement. The role expects your team to be your exclusive focus and you will be tasked with supporting your team and removing any barriers that prevent them from delivering high-quality annotated datasets that will train and improve models. You will work closely with our product, technology and science teams to support new Machine Learning (ML) models and data science classification algorithm development-all helping to delight our customers through new experiences throughout their Amazon shopping journey. The ideal Program Manager understands that supporting their team is the most critical role they perform for smooth delivery of annotations. To achieve this, they are open and approachable, engage with their people individually to understand how to most effectively coach and motivate them and invest time in developing their people to become legends!
