Technical Skills * 10+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases. * Advanced/expert level knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and/or in the development of T-SQL code. * Proficient in tuning T-SQL queries and/or in the optimization of database server performance. * Experience performing complex data analysis of very large datasets. We can help ## Description * Working as part of a high functioning team, the SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing robust solutions in SQL Server for Legal Services projects. * Defines and develops solutions with minimal direction through collaboration with Solutions Architects and consultation with Project Managers. * Thinks strategically, with an equal focus on developing and communicating practical solutions that exceed client expectations. * Is detail oriented but flexible, ready to adapt to changing needs and priorities, cycling in and out of projects and embracing alternative paths to solutions. * Enjoys the challenge of solving complex (and potentially under-defined) problems as a member of a high-performance team.
