Preferred Skills & Experience: * Experience with Jira for Agile project tracking and management. * Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC). * Experience with IBM Rational Requirement Composer (RRC). * Experience with Clarity for project financial and budget management. * Experience using SharePoint, QuickBase, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience managing enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. * PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications preferred.
