The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as external customers. ## Description ASI is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Systems Engineer to support a large-scale, complex engineering program. This position may be filled at multiple levels based on the candidate's experience, technical background, and demonstrated MBSE capabilities. The selected candidate will support the development and implementation of MBSE practices across the system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture development, interface definition, verification planning, and digital engineering integration., The ideal candidate combines strong systems engineering fundamentals with MBSE expertise and hands-on experience using SysML-based modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. The candidate will work across multidisciplinary teams to establish and maintain system architecture, ensure end-to-end traceability, and support program execution through a robust digital engineering environment.
