 * 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
 * Experience developing and implementing process improvement solutions in enterprise environments.

## Description

* Manage multiple, simultaneous complex technical WAN (Wide Area Network) projects from inception through completion, ensure requirements are complete and scope is well defined for your projects.
 * Work closely with various Partners, Global Network Delivery (GND), Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), Product Area Research Managers (PARMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Operational Teams. Distill their networking needs and execute them cross-functionally in an efficient and scalable fashion.
 * Execute operational service level agreements/objectives (SLA/SLO) by partnering with data centers, data center software teams, supply chain, logistics, fleet deployment and planning organizations.
 * Overcome challenges to keep processes running smoothly, define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities, drive process development and iterative optimizations.
 * Lead WAN networking programs, set priorities for various cross-functional partners, leading teams to execute on projects critical to Google data center network scalability.
