Responsible for day-to-day operations and direct supervision of Lending applications. The focus of this position is to work closely with all business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, processes, services, roadmaps, and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to tracking project capabilities, and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand how the business is doing at reaching their goals and addressing any business challenges. The IT Lending Solutions Applications Manager is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Partner effectively with all levels of the organization, manage projects and drive results, provide metrics and reports, and proactively identify and resolve problems.
