This role ensures technology solutions are designed holistically, align with business strategy, comply with security and operational standards, and scale effectively across the enterprise. The Enterprise IT Architect partners closely with IT leadership, business and technology teams, cyber security, and third party vendors (CONA, Capgemini and Coca-Cola IT partners) to provide technical direction and architectural oversight across all major initiatives. Job Responsibilities * Define and maintain Heartland's enterprise architecture, standards, and technology roadmaps across infrastructure, cloud, security, OT, ERP, data, analytics, automation, AI and third parties. * Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for IT initiatives to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business and operational needs. * Design end-to-end architectures spanning data centers, cloud platforms, manufacturing environments, networks, applications, data platforms, and integration layers. * Partner across all IT teams to translate business requirements into cohesive technology architectures.
