Essential Knowledge / Qualifications * Windows Server administration (basic-intermediate) * Microsoft 365 Support and administration * Active Directory & Group Policy fundamentals * VMware operational knowledge (monitoring, snapshots, basic tasks) * Backup operations (Veeam desirable) * TCP/IP networking basics * Endpoint management and support * Understanding of cyber security best practices Desired Knowledge/Qualifications * 2+ years' experience in IT support or system administration * Relevant certifications desirable (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware) * Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is advantageous, Are you a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, we would love to hear from you. ## Description Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of site IT systems, including servers, user devices, manufacturing systems, and core infrastructure services. You will work closely with the IT Services Engineer, Network Security Analyst, and global IT teams to ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT services that support both manufacturing and office environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys a hands-on role, values operational stability and security, and is looking to further develop their system administration skills within a supportive, safety-critical manufacturing business.
