## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tableau?, This role is ideal for a detail-focused and analytical individual with strong data handling skills, who is confident working with complex information to support operational decision-making and service improvement., * Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or business support roles

 * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
 * Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly
 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 * Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
 * Experience within local authority or public sector environments is desirable, * Hybrid working with a minimum of one day per week in the office (Torquay), * data analysis, reporting, or business support: 1 year (required)

## Description

* Produce, compile, and analyse performance and operational data
 * Develop reports to identify trends and support service improvement
 * Use Microsoft Excel to manage and interpret statistical information
 * Support performance monitoring across the Community Safety service
 * Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with data protection requirements
 * Provide business support to enable effective team management and planning
 * Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team
