## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * Two (2) or more years of professional software development experience.
 * Experience developing applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET platform.
 * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
 * Working knowledge of Git source control and modern software development practices.
 * Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
 * Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
 * Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools within the SDLC for activities such as coding assistance, test generation, code review, documentation, troubleshooting, or software design.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
 * Familiarity with secure software development practices, SAST, DAST, and DevSecOps principles
 * Department of Defense security clearance is a plus but not required.
 * Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys creating new capabilities and leveraging AI-powered tools throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver software that has a direct impact on our customers and our mission., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications and services.

 * Build scalable APIs and user-facing applications using modern development frameworks.
 * Collaborate with product owners and customers to transform business needs into software solutions.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
 * Analyze production issues and participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen our applications and development practices.
