## About the Role

* Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

 * 5+ years experience in System Integration & Test activities and execution of complex systems

 * Systems Integration and Test engineering process knowledge and experiences

 * Experience with systems integration and engineering lifecycle on Space programs

 * Demonstrated ability to lead people, products, and processes

 * Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines

 * Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:

 * 8+ years experience in System Engineering, Integration & Test activities and execution of complex systems

 * Experience with On-Orbit Test

 * Experience with intersegment Test

 * Experience with or exposure to Earned Value Management and Cost Account Management

 * Experience with Technical Baseline Management and SE Processes

 * Experience with customer facing reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.

 * Experience with RF or digital communications Payload Systems engineering

 * Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to an audience with varied technical backgrounds

 * Active TS/SCI security clearance

Clearance Level: TS/SCI, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

## Description

* Lead a team to deliver System Integration and System Test products in compliance with the SOW
 * Implement earned value management and perform cost account management
 * Perform cross-program coordination to system integration and technical baseline definition
 * Lead On-Orbit Test Execution including calibration, responsible for test planning and associated test equipment
 * Coordinate with Mission Operations to prepare for Launch and Early Operations
 * Ensure global, consistent and standardized SE products aligned with product centers
