We are looking for people with the following skills and experience: * Foundational understanding of how business functions operate, with awareness of how sector trends impact clients (ideally with knowledge of one or more private sector industries) * Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and develop informed recommendations to support client business strategies * Experience supporting the assessment of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing ideas for improvement * Capability to support the design and delivery of operating models and identify areas for operational improvement * Ability to support research and analyse qualitative and quantitative datasets to help shape insights and recommendations * Familiarity with how technology (including AI/Automation) can address business challenges and optimise operational processes * Strong organisational skills, able to structure insights logically and contribute to clear, well-presented deliverables * Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and confidently * Ability to work effectively within project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of engagements * Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification Although not essential, we are looking for people who additionally have: * Experience in a junior-level operational role within a private sector organisation (as an employee or consultant/contractor), demonstrating an understanding of overall operating models, ยท Experience of use of AI/Automation to accelerate key operational processes and/or optimise ways of working ## Description In Operations & Industry Domain Solutions (OIDS) we have always led with our industry knowledge.
