* Strong grounding in algorithms and mathematics background
 * Experience building or improving complex system logic or optimisation engines

* Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand complex planning needs and constraints

 * Evolve and extend an existing production system using JavaScript and Rust
 * Prototype and introduce AI/ML approaches into optimisation workflows
 * Contribute to solving a highly complex combinatorial optimisation problem
