## Description

Conduct oversight and event follow-up, as needed, of the AMTWO Tank Waste contractor to include operations, installation of equipment, construction, radiological controls, environmental, safety and health aspects and regulatory compliance, as assigned by the Technical Monitor (TM).Support implementation of organizational strategies and work closely with AMTWO line management to ensure oversight is properly planned and executed to support safe and compliant nuclear operations. Mentor HFO staff and management in activities related to conduct of operations, including radiological controls, environmental, safety and health aspects and regulatory compliance.Brief AMTWO line management on oversight results, technical issues, options for resolution and facilitate decision-making.Provide input to support contractor performance evaluation, including Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan, quarterly data calls and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System evaluations.Produce assessments
and reports on a periodic basis.Document and review oversight results using the Integrated Contract Assurance (iCAS) database. Coordinate oversight with multiple organizations and disciplines to ensure the necessary interfaces are in place to ensure safe, compliant operations for AMTWO related operations.Participate in weekly coordination meetings, as required.Participation in Integrated Project Teams, as required.
