Physical Demands: * Ability to work in a distribution center environment, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust. * Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and sit for up to 8 hours per day. * Ability to operate powered equipment when required. ## Description The System Analyst is responsible for the stability, configuration, and continuous improvement of BJ's Warehouse Management System (WMS), Labor Management System (LMS), and supporting operational technologies within the Distribution Center. This role ensures systems are fully functional during live operations, supports system enhancements and automation initiatives, and partners closely with Operations and IT to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance., The System Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for distribution systems, providing user support, training, testing, and data integrity oversight while maintaining compliance with BJ's policies and regulatory requirements.
