Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Superior knowledge of various networking technologies. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Aptitude for customer support. Required Education and Experience * Over the age of 18. * Certifications are a plus but not required. * All training is provided.
