## Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for a full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This role will support purchasing operations, inventory management, and reporting functions to help ensure proper raw material levels and smooth day-to-day operations., * Monitor raw material inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning

 * Place purchase orders with approved vendors and track open orders
 * Communicate with vendors regarding shipments and potential delays
 * Manage inventory and ordering of non-system items such as packaging supplies and materials
 * Process receiving paperwork and maintain accurate purchasing records
 * Support outside warehouse and co-packer inventory coordination
 * Enter schedules and inventory data into the company system
 * Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation
 * Help maintain purchasing documentation and compliance records
 * Support label development and updates for private label accounts
 * Ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
