## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support., * Proven experience in providing technical support within a corporate environment.

 * Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications and computer hardware components.

Required

 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
 * 4+ years of IT support experience in a business environment.
 * Experience supporting Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
 * Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment including warehouse and production areas.

Preferred

 * Experience in food manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments.
 * Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse systems, or production software.
 * Fortinet/SonicWall firewalls
 * SQL basics
 * Endpoint management tools
 * Industry certifications such as Microsoft certifications., CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification., * Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Active Directory: 4 years (Preferred)
 * IT support: 5 years (Preferred)
 * ServiceNow: 4 years (Preferred)
 * SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Firewall: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Network security: 1 year (Preferred)
 * ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred)
 * * Endpoint management tools : 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA A+ (Preferred)

## Description

In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain the overall health of their IT infrastructure., * Deliver prompt and effective technical support to users via help desk platforms such as ServiceNow, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

 * Industrial PCs and HMIs
 * Shipping/receiving workstations
 * Production workstations
 * Assist with ERP, inventory, and warehouse management systems.
 * Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime during technical issues.
 * Provide on-call or after-hours support for critical plant operations as needed.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across various operating systems.
 * Manage computer hardware components, perform upgrades, installations, and maintenance to optimize performance.
 * Support mobile devices and ensure their integration within the organization's IT infrastructure.
