Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this executive oversees the evaluation, adoption, and operationalization of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term growth initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between technology innovation and operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams responsible for advanced technology solutions, technical consulting services, strategic technology assessments, and complex customer engagements. The Vice President partners closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, sales, and customer success organizations to identify opportunities for innovation, improve technology delivery, and accelerate business transformation.
