## About the Role

* Strong technical project management experience, ideally in software migration or IBM Z environments.
 * Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams with responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual deliverables.
 * Experience leading or supporting migration programs that replace competitive / ISV tools with IBM solutions across the IBM Z estate.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
 * Knowledge of IBM mainframe technologies and IBM Z software environments.
 * Ability to assess migration impact on existing processes and support structured change management practices.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

 * PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
 * Experience with mainframe application development technologies such as COBOL or PL/I.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software migration projects for clients on the IBM Z platform. This role is responsible for planning, execution oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance across one or more migration workstreams., * Provide project management for IBM Z software migration projects and coordinate multiple technical workstreams as required.

 * Define project scope, develop plans and timelines, manage resources, and track execution against milestones and deliverables.
 * Report status, scope changes, risks, challenges, and requirements to leadership and stakeholders.
 * Apply planning, tracking, change control, and risk management practices to support successful delivery.
 * Support vendor coordination and alignment of workstreams to business objectives.
