* Perform application support and configuration/build for Epic Inpatient Orders and Bugsy modules.
 * Manage day-to-day support operations within a healthcare IT environment.
 * Coordinate tasks, issues, and delivery with offshore team members.
 * Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding application status, updates, and issues.
 * Coordinate enhancement delivery, system testing, and documentation management.
 * Maintain strict adherence to compliance, security, and data governance requirements in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
