The digital environment
You'll operate within a growing digital function, working across marketing, data, development, and external partners to deliver a high-performing digital experience.
The role offers:

 * End-to-end ownership of website, app, and e-commerce performance
 * Responsibility for platform stability, uptime, and security
 * Direct impact on customer journeys and online bookings
 * Collaboration with global teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders

This role is about owning the platform, not just maintaining it., As a Website Manager, you'll:

 * Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
 * Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
 * Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
 * Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
 * Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
 * Maintain compliance with GDPR, cookies, accessibility, and security standards
 * Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
 * Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e-commerce performance
 * Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements
