This position is ideal for an early-career IT professional who is eager to grow technical skills while supporting small and mid-sized business clients in a fast-paced MSP environment. The Help Desk Support Technician serves as a first point of contact for client technical issues, delivering high-quality customer service while learning and applying TeamLogic IT standards, tools, and processes across Microsoft-based environments. This role requires on-site availability and local residence in Marietta, Kennesaw, or Acworth, Georgia.
