We are seeking motivated individuals to deliver complex transformation programmes, combining hands-on delivery, stakeholder management, business analysis and programme management. Our work includes target operating model design and implementation, organisational and process redesign, technology-enabled change, cost reduction and governance improvement. We help clients improve performance, simplify ways of working and support growth across functions such as product, engineering, cloud, commercial and customer operations. This is an opportunity to join a growing Tech and Media team working with clients facing rapid change. As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-profile engagements, shape client recommendations, develop colleagues and support the growth of our operating model capability. This post can be based in London. What your days will look like: You will work with high-profile technology and media clients in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, using strong analytical and interpersonal skills to help design and implement new ways of working. The role involves leading analysis, preparing and presenting reports to senior clients, and collaborating across functions to deliver operating model change and complex transformation programmes.
