We're looking for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor a growing team, and deliver secure, high-quality software across our digital estate. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping architecture, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, and setting high engineering standards in a collaborative environment. The Role As Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will define and guide your team's technical success. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, development best practices, and the delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend systems.
