## Description

* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
 * Conduct cold and warm calls to understand customers' IT requirements and offer suitable solutions
 * Respond professionally to customer emails and enquiries
 * Deliver a high level of customer service with a customer-first mindset
 * Support and attend face-to-face client meetings when required
 * Process sales orders accurately using internal systems
 * Identify and target organisations to develop long-term customer accounts
 * Regularly follow up with customers to nurture opportunities and relationships
 * Work closely with vendors and distributors to deliver effective IT solutions
 * Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
 * Prepare clear and accurate quotations and sales proposals
 * Maintain ongoing customer relationships to drive repeat business
 * Collaborate with colleagues and support team objectives
