## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * Extensive experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing in complex environments.

 * Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

 * Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, pytest, JUnit).

 * Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and technologies (e.g., ML model validation, AI/ML test automation, data pipeline testing).

 * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience testing large-scale, distributed, or AI-powered systems.

 * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

 * Experience with performance, load, or security testing.

 * Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

 * Prior experience mentoring or leading QA/SDET teams.
