They shall demonstrate proficiency in defense acquisition processes and lifecycle sustainment, including planning, procurement, supply chain management, maintenance support, and readiness sustainment. * Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and system outputs * Familiarity with aerospace or defense sustainment environments (F-35 programmatic experience is highly desired) * Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., ODIN, ALIS, or similar platforms) * Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making * Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Background in military aviation sustainment or fleet readiness * Knowledge of configuration control processes and technical directives * Experience with inventory optimization and supply chain performance analysis * Active security clearance (if applicable) ## Description We are seeking a highly motivated F-35 Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to play a critical role in advancing fleet readiness, mission capability, and aircraft availability. This position goes beyond traditional configuration management-serving as a key integrator across engineering, logistics, and sustainment to ensure the global F-35 supply system is aligned with the approved aircraft configuration baseline.
