 * 2+ years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or a similar role.
 * Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks.
 * Proficiency with data quality tools, databases (SQL), and spreadsheet software.
 * Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying data issues.
 * Experience in the wholesale or retail industry is a plus but not required.

## Description

* Monitor data quality metrics and conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
 * Develop and implement data cleansing and validation processes.
 * Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to resolve data discrepancies.
 * Document data quality issues and track resolutions to prevent recurrence.
 * Assist in designing data quality dashboards and reporting tools.
 * Train team members on data quality standards and best practices.
 * Participate in data governance committees and contribute to policy development.
