KG - **Location:** Wuppertal, Germany - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Design of User Interfaces, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Workflow Management Systems, Real Time Systems, Figma - **Published:** May 14, 2026 - **Apply:** https://de.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=b1fe4436ef071b1e ## About the Role Do you have experience in UX?, * Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a comparable qualification * Strong experience in Information Architecture, workflow design and defining scalable UX structures, navigation models and interaction patterns for complex, enterprise-level or multi-domain systems * Solid understanding of UX research methods, synthesis processes and the ability to translate ambiguity and research insights into clear, scalable solutions * Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate structural decisions across design, product and engineering teams * Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma and FigJam, as well as a good understanding of UI design principles * Experience in broadcast, media production, sports or live production environments, ideally combined with familiarity with audio, video or intercom systems and workflows * Understanding of real-time systems, signal flows, operator-driven interfaces and complex hardware-software ecosystems is considered a strong plus ## Description In this role, you will operate at system level rather than screen level, focusing on the structure, logic and scalability of UX across complex product ecosystems. You will work across multiple domains and product families, shaping workflows, navigation and interaction models while ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience.
