In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on websites and custom web applications for our customers and contribute to the future of our web support operations. You will work closely with experienced team members to complete assigned tasks, contribute to projects, and build foundational skills in both web development and business process automation platforms., * Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of websites and web applications. * Assist with content updates, site maintenance, and administration within the Terminalfour content management system. * Support the development and maintenance of business process applications using the Decisions platform. * Respond to service requests; investigate issues, test solutions, and document results. * Collaborate with team members and customers to understand requirements and support project delivery. * Assist in maintaining and updating existing applications, including troubleshooting defects and implementing minor enhancements. * Ensure websites and applications follow accessibility standards and organizational guidelines. * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and platform improvements. * Assist in developing documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources. * Train end users as needed. * Perform related duties as assigned., The University System of Georgia is comprised of our 25 institutions of higher education and learning as well as the System Office.
