RPA in the public sector

Powered by
Austrian Federal Computing Center (BRZ)

About the session

Let me explain how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) works: A software robot just as human clicks on User interface and executes a particular task just as a human would do it. A robot logs into a particular application, it has an access to various data, just as a human. In many cases it has the same user rights as a government official, in order to be able to execute a particular task. Therefore, before we start, it is very important that we determine which risks are specific to our project and set methods to mitigate them.

So how do we eliminate those risks in RPA development and how do we make our customers happy? Make yourself comfortable, fasten your seatbelt, and take part in our RPA implementation journey.
