## Summary

The Windows power-user ecosystem has evolved significantly, introducing streamlined command-line interfaces for both developer workflows and system management. A major addition is the Winapp CLI, which simplifies the Windows App SDK experience by enabling developers to build, package, certify, and run MSIX applications directly from the terminal, alongside a UI sub-command for advanced window handle manipulation.
