IAM as a Platform Service

Transformation journey of IAM from legacy monolith application to Microservice based isn't an easy ask, that too if you are an SaaS product. This journey from Ruby on Rails monolith Procore SaaS IAM product to Micro frontends and Micro Services has been challenging journey. With minimal impact to customers, yet making a big impact with user experience, scale and modern tech implementation to sustain long term goals and adopting new technologies with SSO, MFA, ABAC, PBAC, Agentic AI.
