Requirements
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge als Produktmanager*in, möglichst bei einem Softwarehersteller im B2B / SaaS Vertrieb
- Dein Herz schlägt für ein marktorientiertes Produktmanagement
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Infrastruktur, Identitätsmanagement und Enterprise Software
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich und du hast Spaß daran, Daten in umsetzbare Erkenntnisse umzuwandeln
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch hervorragend
- Du arbeitest effektiv mit anderen Teams zusammen und erzielst gemeinsam Ergebnisse
Scope of Work
- Du definierst eine klare Produktvision und -strategie für unser Kernprodukt Univention
- Corporate Server (UCS) / Nubus und stimmst sie auf die allgemeinen Unternehmensziel und Markttrends ab
- Kooperation und Stakeholder Management liegen dir im Blut: Alle internen Abteilungen werden aktiv von dir eingebunden und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner UCS/ Nubus ist besonders eng
- Der Erfolg unseres Produktes ist dein Ziel! Dafür führst du Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, identifizierst Innovationsmöglichkeiten und förderst das Produktwachstum
- End of Life Prozesse werden aktiv von dir gesteuert (intern und extern)
- Du verstehst User-Personas, holst dir regelmäßig Feedback ein und arbeitest mit Designteams, um Lösungen zu finden
- Definition von KPIs und regelmäßige Bewertung der Produktleistung sind die Grundlage deiner Arbeit

Univention Corporate Server (UCS) is an integration platform offering identity management, comprehensive Active Directory functions, an App Center for integrating enterprise applications, and a user portal for accessing IT services.
School authorities and federal states can use UCS@school – optimized for use in the education sector – to centrally manage user identities in compliance with data protection, enable authentication to services and provide solutions for digital learning using their school portals.
Numerous federal states, large municipalities and districts, and companies of all sizes use UCS and UCS@school.
