Job description
Tek CloudSoul Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Technician (L1) for a 1-year onsite engagement in Almelo, The Netherlands., * Participate actively in the IT Service Center operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users
- Register and update tickets (Incidents/Requests, etc.)
- Distribute incoming tickets (Triage) efficiently
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Manage IT assets and warranty tracking
- Handle IT warehouse and inventory management
- Provide training and guidance to users when required
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and practices
- Provide support for Windows and iOS environments
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, passionate about IT support, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment., * MBO Level 3+ or a minimum of 2 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with:
- IT Service Management Tools
- Windows Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory
- Intune device management (advantage)
- Windows 10/11
- macOS (advantage)
- iPhone/iOS support
- Office 365 admin center, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and English (required)
- Ability to patch new network ports (advantage)
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ (advantage)
- Knowledge of German or French (advantage)
