Job description

A well established consultancy firm is looking for an onsite Support Engineer to join the IT Team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain practical hands-on experience in the IT field. You will be the first point of contact for all IT Support needs providing essential technical support in a dynamic working environment.

As an Onsite Support Engineer You will be the go-to person handling both remote and onsite support. Your responsibilities will include :

1st / 2nd line support for both hardware and software
You will be provide system maintenance and support
Device Management : configure new laptops, support mobile devices (both IOS and Android)
