Job description

In this role, you will work with battery cells, modules, racks, and containers, focusing on application development, battery commissioning, maintenance, and providing exceptional customer support. A strong understanding of customer needs and effective communication is essential to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and smooth deployment of Avesta batteries., * Translate customer and market needs into concrete project plans, ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.

  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the necessary battery solutions.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of battery cells, modules, racks, and containers to ensure high-quality standards before delivery to customers.
  • Commission batteries on-site and provide comprehensive training to customers, ensuring proper and safe operation of Avesta's battery systems.
  • Offer ongoing support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and address new requests or issues that arise.
  • Gather valuable customer and market feedback on Avesta's battery products to drive improvements in future iterations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues or inquiries related to purchased components and materials.

Requirements

Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the battery industry, with a focus on battery systems and applications.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of battery systems, including electrical components (e.g., contactors, cabling), control/monitoring systems (e.g., BMS, EMS), communication protocols (e.g., CAN, ModBus, TCP/IP), and mechanical systems (e.g., cooling plates, pressure sensors).
  • Strong understanding of battery testing procedures for cells, modules,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support for battery systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with customers and suppliers, to ensure smooth commissioning and support of Avesta's batteries.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn new technologies and expand your expertise.
