Reporting directly to the CEO
We are a fast-growing, founder-led wealth management firm serving High Net Worth individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners. We are known for long-term thinking, discretion and advice that goes far beyond products.
We are now seeking a Business Development Director to work directly with the CEO, focused on building strategic introducer relationships and attracting high-qulity HNW clients into the firm.
This is not a sales role and does not involve cold calling or product pushing. It is a senior, relationship-driven position for someone who thrives on trust, credibiity and long-term value creation.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future
growth of A Wealth by:

Building and nurturing a network of professional introducers

Opening doors to HNW and entreprenurial clients

Acting as a senior ambassador for the AK Wealth brand

Working closely with the CEO on strategic partnerhips and events
This role offers genuine autonomy, influence and long-terrm progression.
Key Focus Areas
Introucer Relationships
- Develop long-ter partnerships with:
o Accountnts and tax advisers
o Solicitors (private cliet, family, corporate)
o Property profesionals and developers
o Corporate fnance and exit advisers
o Mortgage brkers serving HNW clients
o Privatebanks and family offices
- Create trusted, reciprocal relationships that genrate consistent referrals
High Nt Worth Client Origination
- Source and qualfy HNW individuals through:
o Profssional and private networks
o Introduction, events and private meetings
- Ensure all prospects are well-ualified before CEO engaement

You are a credible, relatonship-led business developer with:

Proven experience buildng senior professional relationships

A strong netwrk of introducers and/or HNW contacts

Confidence engagig at partner, director and board level

High emotionl intelligence and commercial judgement

A polished, professioal presence aligned with a premium brand
