Senior HR Systems Advisor - 6 months FTCMilton Keynes £50,000-£52,000Hybrid- 3 days WFHAbout the ClientMy client operates in the Energy industry, and they are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Systems Advisor to join their collaborative HR team on a 6 month contract.About the JobThis role will support the delivery of operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle. legislationEnsuring HR systems data is accurate, up to date, and supports effective reportingSupporting and contributing to HR system implementation projects, including testing, data validation and process updatesProducing and interpreting people data to support decision-making, identifying trends and insightsUsing Excel and analytics to create reports, dashboards, and meaningful MI for stakeholdersAbout the Successful ApplicantYou will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards Level 5. You will be an established HR Advisor with broad HR generalist experience.
